How does It Work?
Rental includes: 4 hours of Bartending Service, Ice, Garnishes, Cups, and Napkins. Our fun and awesome bartenders are RBS certified and have the experience to make your party an unforgettable event! Due to California law, we do not provide or sell alcohol but we are happy to make suggestions for your party and craft a bar menu that you and your guests will love! We will show up 2 hours before your scheduled event to set up.

How Do I Book The Polished Pony?

What Is The Cost?
Prices start at $1,500 for 4 hours of service up to 100 guests. Additional hours are $100 each and additional guests are $10 each. Get in touch with us to discuss your specific needs and develop a custom quote for your event!
Can I Pick Up The Polished Pony?
We will deliver the Polished Pony to your event 2 hours ahead of scheduled start time. The Polished Pony is not available for customers to pick up at this time.
How Much Is Delivery?
Delivery is billed at $1.25/mile round trip.
Does The Rental Include Alcohol?
The rental does not include alcohol. We are a "Dry Hire" bar meaning we don't provide alcohol or mixers but will provide everything else needed. ie: ice, cups, napkins, garnishes.
Do You Have Insurance?
Yes! We carry both general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance!
How Big Is The Polished Pony?
The Polished Pony is a dual-axel horse trailer measuring 13 feet long by 8 feet wide.
Power Requirements
The Polished Pony easily plugs in to any standard outlet for power. This is the easiest way to provide power without the need for extra space and a noisy generator. We can also provide a generator if needed.
Space & Access
The Polished Pony will require enough space and clear access to your event 2 hours ahead of your event time and 1 hour after clean up. Please make sure this is a possibility.
Can You Deliver Even Earlier To My Event?
We typically do not deliver earlier than 2 hours of your scheduled event, nor do we typically leave The Polished Pony overnight. If a different delivery time is needed please let us know and we will try to make accommodations.
